Depression may cause major health issues
What is Depression?
Usually we hear
sadness mood swings are the normal reactions, people use to say it depression,
but these kinds are feelings are very smaller part of it, depression is much
more than sadness.
Few depressed
people feel lifeless, alone & their reactions are sometimes angry,
aggressive & always restless.
Depression is very different to normal sadness which we go through on day to
day routine, it affects our all area of life, say like work, social life, our
food habits, sleeping habits. Person going through depression feels helpless
& hopeless we can say worthless sometimes.
Major signs of Depression :
- Feeling helpless & hopeless: Always feeling helpless & hopeless with situations. Feels de-motivated
- Loss of interest in daily activities: Don’t feel interest in daily activities & hobbies, social activities etc.
- Weight Loss or Gain: Sudden weight changes are also a symptom
- Changes
in Sleeping Habits: Not getting
a enough sleep or always feeling lazy & sleepy
- Easily Getting angry & irritated : Easily getting angry over small things & always feeling
irritated or easily get
- Loss
of energy: Feeling of
physically weak & drained all the time.
- Feeling Guilty & worthless: It is again a symptom, if you are feeling guilty in every
situation whether its your fault or not, feeling worthless, means you are
depressed.
- Change Behavior: Sudden
negative change in behavior & habits
- Problem with Concentration: Always focusing on Trouble , making decisions in hurry, or
remembering things etc.
- Unexplained body aches and pains: Physical complaints such as headaches, back pain, body pain, muscles
pain, and stomach pain etc increases than normal days.
